Can acai berry give me diarrhea?

I liked acai berry so much that I ate far too much of it. I took to many supplements, I drank too much acai berry puree I knew that acai berry was very good for me, and I issue the more a good thing was a better thing. I was right up to a point. The point was when I got diarrhea

At first I was shocked: why should acai berry side effects start to hit me now? I didn’t think there were any acai berry side effects!

Then I thought about the whole situation in a more rational light. If I it 20 oranges would I get diarrhea? The answer is “probably yes”. So why, I thought to myself, it is so unusual is that when I eat so much acai berry I get acai berry side effects in the form of diarrhea?

The thing is acai berry is just a fruit, and it affects me just like a fruit would. There are no negative effects of acai berry that we know of, and certainly no acai berry side effects other than those exhibited by any fruit or fruit.

The mixing of acai berry with medication is a major concern for many people, and it is enough to put some of taking acai berry. This is a shame since acai berry can do everyone so much good. Again, acai berry is just a fruit. Why should it affect your medication?

Forget the idea of acai berry side effects. It’s a myth that we could do without.

Almond and Honey Acai Berry Smoothie

The Acai berry smoothie drink is best served ice cold so you will need to ensure you freeze some of the ingredients beforehand and that you also have some ice to hand. For this recipe you will need:
• 10 oz water (chilled with ice)
• ¼ cup almonds
• 1 banana (frozen)
• 100g frozen pure Acai berry juice
• 3 teaspoons of Flax seed oil
• 2 teaspoons of honey (according to taste)
• 1 teaspoon additional powders such as protein powder, according to taste
To freeze the banana, peel it and then wrap it in cling film before placing it in the freezer. Pre-mix the ice cold water and the almonds in the blender on high power. Then you can add the rest of the ingredients, including the acai berry juice and blend on full power until smooth. If your blender can’t handle frozen foods you can try chilling them instead and using almond milk instead of almonds and ice cold water. Add extra ice cubes when the drink is complete to keep the temperature down. You can change this recipe as you see fit to include extra or less honey depending on how sweet you want your acai berry smoothie to taste. A good tip is to measure out the flax seed oil before the honey to stop the honey sticking to the spoon.
